Cancellation

You can cancel renewal from the Stripe Billing Portal in your Operator account. Cancellation takes effect according to the current Stripe subscription period shown there.

Refund requests

Email info@blacklabelbots.com with the Operator account and Stripe receipt reference. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, including service availability and usage, and do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
