Provider and agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Michael Barber, operating Black Label Operator through Black Label Bots and the BlackLabel Tech network (the “Provider”).

Service

Operator provides a hosted harness and remote MCP connector for isolated, single-pass Claude Code or Codex missions. Adaptive local execution and customer-supplied verification commands require the installed local Operator MCP and are not part of the hosted service. You supply and remain responsible for your provider subscription, objectives, repositories, data, approvals, and outputs.

Trial and paid access

The free trial includes 25 successfully accepted questions shared across Claude and Codex, with no card required. Monthly access is $9.99 and yearly access is $79. Paid access includes up to 30 remote execution hours per monthly service window, one concurrent sandbox, and the run limits shown at purchase. Stripe purchase and renewal terms shown at checkout form part of this agreement.

Customer content and provider accounts

You retain rights in content you provide and grant the limited rights needed to execute, store, transmit, and return it. You represent that you have authority for the code, data, repository, systems, provider accounts, and instructions. Provider terms and usage limits continue to apply.

Acceptable use and review

Do not misuse access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious activity, violate law or another person’s rights, or use Operator against systems or information you are not authorized to handle. Generated work and receipts are evidence of the recorded run, not a guarantee that output is correct, secure, complete, or fit for a particular use. Review and test before deployment or consequential action.

Availability and liability

Remote capacity, provider availability, and third-party services may affect a run. A sandbox startup failure before acceptance does not consume a trial question. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” implied warranties are disclaimed, and the Provider is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid for Operator during the 12 months before the claim; rights that cannot legally be limited remain.
